Fleet service for Woodinville businesses
Woodinville runs on work vehicles. Contractors, landscapers, delivery and service companies, wineries and the businesses around Hwy 522 all depend on cars, vans and trucks that start every morning. When one sits in a shop, a crew often sits with it.
We’re a family-owned shop at the back of Bear Creek Plaza, near Hwy 522, and we’ve been in Woodinville for over 15 years. We work with local companies to keep their vehicles on a regular maintenance schedule, fix problems quickly when they come up, and keep clear records of everything we do.
One shop for the whole fleet
Most fleets are mixed: a couple of cars for sales calls, a few cargo vans, a pickup or two, maybe a diesel truck. We work on all makes and models, domestic and import, gas and diesel, so you don’t need a different shop for every vehicle. The fleet work we see most:
- Oil changes and factory scheduled maintenance
- Brakes, from pads and rotors to calipers and lines
- Transmission service, repairs and rebuilds, plus differentials and AWD transfer cases
- Batteries, alternators, starters and electrical problems
- Diagnostics for check engine and warning lights
- Suspension, steering, exhaust, A/C and heating
Work vehicles that haul, idle and make short trips wear out brakes and transmission fluid faster than a typical commuter car. Our brake repair and transmission repair pages explain those jobs in more detail.

Maintenance on a set calendar
A planned service day costs far less than a breakdown on a job site. We put each vehicle on a maintenance calendar based on its mileage, how hard it works and the manufacturer’s schedule. We can book vehicles in on a rotation, so you’re not short several at once.
Newer vehicles still under factory warranty don’t need to go back to the dealership. We follow the 30K-60K-90K scheduled maintenance intervals that keep the warranty in place, and we document the work for your records.
Less downtime, straight answers
When a vehicle comes in with a problem, we diagnose it early in the day and call you with what we find before any work starts. Quick turnaround is the goal, because we know the van in our bay is a job you aren’t getting to.
Drivers can leave a vehicle after a shift and drop the keys in our early morning and late night key drop box, so we can start on it first thing. For each vehicle, we tell you what needs doing now, what can wait until its next scheduled visit, and why. We’ll work with your timeline and budget.
Every visit is recorded by vehicle, so you always know a vehicle’s service history when it’s time to decide whether to keep it or replace it. Established local fleet customers also get special pricing.
