Fleet service for Kirkland businesses
Kirkland runs on service vans, sales cars, delivery vehicles and work trucks heading out to job sites around the Eastside. Every one of them needs oil, brakes and the occasional repair, and none of them earn anything while they’re waiting on a shop.
Our shop is in Woodinville, a short drive north on I-405 and east on Hwy 522, about 15 to 20 minutes from most of Kirkland. We’re family owned and operated, we’ve been in Woodinville for over 15 years, and we already look after vehicles for established local fleet customers. We’d like to add yours.
What city miles do to company vehicles
Kirkland driving is mostly stop-and-go: I-405 backups, downtown lights, steep hills down to the waterfront and a lot of short trips. Most owner’s manuals call that severe service. It wears brakes faster, heats and breaks down transmission fluid, and brings oil changes due sooner than the normal schedule suggests. Idling at job sites adds engine hours without adding miles to the odometer.
On fleet vehicles that work in the city, we pay close attention to:
- Brake pads, rotors and fluid on vehicles that stop all day
- Transmission fluid on vans and trucks that carry weight
- Oil change intervals set by how the vehicle works, not just mileage
- Batteries and charging systems on vehicles running lights, racks and power tools
Our brake repair, transmission service, oil change and auto electrical repair pages go into each of these in more detail.
Mixed fleets, one shop
A dealership service department works on its own brand. Most fleets aren’t that tidy. You might have a couple of imports for sales calls, domestic cargo vans and a diesel pickup that tows the trailer. We work on all makes and models, gas and diesel, so the whole fleet can come to one place with one point of contact and one set of records.
That includes factory scheduled maintenance on newer vehicles. We follow the manufacturer’s schedule, which keeps the factory warranty in place without sending the vehicle back to the dealer.

Drop-offs that work around I-405
The drive is easiest outside rush hour, so plan around it. Drivers can leave a vehicle at the end of a shift and drop the keys in our early morning and late night key drop box. We start on it first thing and call you with what we find before any work begins.
Quick turnaround keeps downtime low. When a vehicle needs more than one visit, we’ll tell you what needs doing now, what can wait until its next service, and what it affects. We’ll work with your timeline and budget, and we can book vehicles on a rotation so you’re never short several at once.
Records, straight answers and fleet pricing
Every visit is logged by vehicle, so you can see a van’s full service history before deciding whether to keep it running or replace it. Established local fleet customers also get special pricing. Ask us how it works for your fleet.
